Bellevue Heights, SA

Originally built in 1952, this double brick, tiled roof home featured 3 bedrooms, 1 living area and 1 bath. The owners came to Adelaide Sustainable with the intensions to create a new master suite within the existing footprint, and add a new open plan kitchen - living - dining are whilst increasing the energy efficiency of the home in the process.

As we do with every design, we applied passive design techniques and made considered material choices to ensure that the design would remain a comfortable temperature all year round.
